		<description>As solor gets less expensive, as your $.98/watt panels are, we won&#039;t need govt cap and tax programs wasting our money with politicans lining their pockets with all the legislative mandates and govt controls.  The market will follow it.  Keep us up and up on new deals.

		<description>Why does it need to take until 2050 to reduce large industry from polluting. Why will the federal government not offer larger incentives for renewable energy in the private sector, or even manditory for new construction. Such has been done in europe for some time now.</description>
