What are your business hours?

Why can it take up to 3 to 4 business days to process an order?
Do to the nature of some panels we have to manually box up the panels to ensure proper shipping. Because of the heavy volume of orders it may take up to 3 to 4 business days to make sure your shipment is ready.

Why cant I have the larger panels shipped to me via UPS?
The larger panels are much too large and fragile to be shipped out UPS or any other small package method. They must be shipped out via freight on a pallet.

Why is the minimum order 2 panels for online orders?
Because of the nature of the shipping method it is more cost effective on both ends to purchase more than one panel. Shipping out one panel via freight is also much to risky and have a higher chance of breakage.

How does Sun Electronics sell solar panels at such low rates?
Every month for the last 4 years, availability and prices per watt have been raised or lowered by the manufacturers, due to volatile changes in demand. We buy in large quantities when the opportunities arise and stockpile inventory so that we maintain a large selection of inventory at the lowest prices in the industry. At Sun Electronics we are always willing to negotiate for larger orders. We will always work with you in every way possible. Sun Electronics is and always will be a leader in the solar panel industry providing solar panels and systems at affordable prices. For small quantity orders we charge a reasonable service fee to make boxes and small pallets. Sun Electronics Reserves the Right to adjust the prices of products at anytime.
